Tolerance Mode

Utilize the tolerance mode for component sorting. Set the nominal value, tolerance limit, alarm, LED indicator, and counter. Calculate the percentage deviation from the nominal value to determine qualified and unqualified results, displaying GO/NG discrimination outcomes. The tolerance range spans from 1% to 20%, and the test speed options include 20 times/s (Fast), 5 times/s (Medium), and 2 times/s (Slow).

3-Terminal and 5-Terminal Test Ports

Enable three-terminal testing, five-terminal end-face testing, and Kelvin test line expansion. Accommodate both convenient and high-precision testing needs.
