Traceable Calibration

Performed in our on-site laboratory with a fast turnaround time of 2-3 days on most instruments (some instruments take longer). You can choose standard or custom calibration points, and will receive a calibration certificate for quality audits.

UKAS Calibration

Although ATP Instrumentation is not a UKAS-accredited laboratory, we offer UKAS calibration services for certain product categories. These services are performed in a UKAS-accredited laboratory that is fully compliant with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards. UKAS certificates are legal documents that will stand up in court. The turnaround time for UKAS calibration ranges from 3 to 6 weeks.

Recalibration Recall Service

We offer a free recalibration recall service to remind you when your instrument is due for recalibration. Pricing is provided before any work is undertaken.

Technical Support and Repair

Our laboratory staff offers expert advice and repair services for all ATP branded products. For evaluations, repairs, or replacements, contact us at 01530 566804 or email technical@atp-instruments.co.uk. Evaluation fees apply but will be waivered if you proceed with repair or replacement.

Product Videos and Software Downloads

For additional technical support, product support videos and current software downloads are widely available on our website. Compliance declarations and ISO certifications are also available upon request. Product Manuals are widely available on our website in pdf format.

Airflow, Sound, Lux, Scales & Timer calibration services typically offer a 2-3 day turnaround time from receipt of the item, with UKAS calibrations taking 3-6 weeks. We check and replace low voltage batteries before calibration to ensure your equipment is in optimal condition.

Should an instrument be beyond repair, our online store offers a range of replacement instruments ready for immediate dispatch (subject to make/model & availability), reducing any operational interruptions.
