USB Datalogging Coating Thickness Meter
The DT-156H Coating Thickness Meter combines magnetic induction and eddy current technologies to measure coating thicknesses on ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates with high precision. Its integrated sensor automatically identifies the base material, allowing seamless measurement of paint, zinc, anodising layers and more. With an intuitive interface, users can choose between continuous or single measurement modes.
The device features statistical display of maximum, minimum, and average values, and stores up to 1500 readings for later review. The USB interface allows easy data export to a PC or laptop, facilitating accurate reporting and analysis.
Each unit is supplied with ferrous and non-ferrous base plates, calibration foils, USB cable, software, batteries, and a protective carry case. Calibration certificates for both the instrument and foils are available for traceability and quality assurance.
