Post, Telephone and Internet orders should include Model number, Description, Rriginator's Name, Job Title and Telephone Number. If orders are followed up by post, please mark them clearly ‘’CONFIRMATION ORDER’’ to avoid duplication. Duplicated orders not marked as confirmation and being returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

We reserve the right to make any changes to goods or services which do not, in our opinion, materially affect the quality of the goods or services. The most up-to-date product information is maintained on our website at www.atp-instrumentation.co.uk and we make the best endeavours to inform our customers of changes at the time of ordering.


Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any orders returned for credit having been correctly supplied to customer specification will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. This covers an engineer’s time to check the product supplied and replacement batteries. Returns must be in a completely re-saleable condition with the original packaging. Refunds, credits or exchanges will only be made after the goods have been inspected and will not be considered after a period of 28 days from receipt of delivery.


Orders which cannot be supplied from stock will be acknowledged stating the anticipated despatch date. We will part ship all orders unless the order states ‘No Part Shipment’. A standard charge of £8.50 (ex VAT) covers delivery, packing and insurance to most UK addresses. Addresses in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands incur extra delivery charges.


Discrepancies must be reported to ATP in writing within 7 days of the receipt of the delivery. After this time, ATP will not accept any claims for incomplete or incorrect deliveries.


Prices stated are nett and exclusive of carriage charges and VAT. Discounts are available for bulk purchases. Prices are subject to change without notice with orders being despatched at current prices.


A calibration service should not be requested on a product that is being shipped overseas as the transportation can adversely affect the readings and invalidate the calibration certificate.


30-day nett monthly accounts are available to all registered businesses, schools and local authorities. Should you wish to place a private order, please remember to add carriage and VAT and telephone our Sales Department which can accept most major credit/debit cards. Export orders are only supplied on a pre-payment basis.


All instruments are covered by a minimum 12 month guarantee with the exception of probes, electrodes, adaptors, batteries and fuses. Any item returned under warranty will be inspected and no refund, exchange or credit will be given if the item is found to be in working order or has been subject to misuse. After the expiry of the guarantee, ATP undertakes to provide service and repairs with all costs being advised prior to any work being carried out. After evaluation of an instrument (over a year old) if you decide not to have it repaired or replaced, an evaluation fee of £25 will be charged.


All goods remain the property of ATP until payment is made in full.
