We’re excited to announce our newest addition coming soon- The DT-156H. This Coating Thickness Meter is a compact and portable device is able to measure the thickness of coatings of ferrous substates as well as on non-ferrous metallic substrates.
What does it do?
A coating thickness meter is used to measure the thickness of coatings, such as paint, applied to surfaces like metal substrates.
Our Thickness Meter - The DT-156H is a portable, compact and reliable coating thickness meter. It uses the magnetic induction principle to measure the thickness of coatings of ferrous substates and the Eddy current principle to measure the thickness of non-ferrous metallic substates.
Our Coating Thickness Meter’s Features Include:
- Measures in microns and millimetres.
- Automatic recognition of ferrous or non-ferrous substrates using the integral sensor.
- Continuous or single measurements.
- Memory for 1500 readings.
- Will measure on substrate radius curvatures of: 1.5mm ferrous, 3mm non-ferrous.
- USB interface for data output to PC or laptop.
And more!
Don’t forget to keep up to date with our updates for the release!
