Humidity Calibration Services
Our calibration service offers traceable or UKAS calibrations on all standard and data-logging humidity meters. We strive to keep our services as fast as possible and offer two standard humidity calibrations, both at two temperature points (20° & 30°C), and with an option of two or three humidity points (25% & 75%RH with an option for 50%RH). Should these points not be fully suited to your application, additional points can be purchased or get in touch for a customised calibration.
We also offer a UKAS Humidity Calibration service through our fully accredited partner laboratories at a standard 2 temperature and 2 humidity points. Additional points are available.

Humidity Meter Calibration Procedure
Step 1: Send us your instruments
Download and complete our booking in form and please ensure your instruments are clean and free from contaminants. Send us your instruments via your own courier or we can arrange collection via our own courier. Charges Apply.
Step 2: Booking in
When you instrument arrives on-site it undergoes an initial inspection by our calibration staff. The instrument is checked for any damage, functionality and batteries tested for the correct voltage. If required, new batteries are installed and the item is booked in and placed safely inside our lab to acclimatise to the testing environment for 24 hours. If you have selected a UKAS calibration, your item is redirected to our partner UKAS calibration labs. Should any faults or damage be found our team will contact you to discuss your options.
Step 3: Testing
Your humidity meters are calibrated using a specialist Humidity Chamber where precise temperature and humidity conditions can be simulated. It's accuracy is recorded and compared against UKAS calibrated equipment at pre-determined calibration points. If your meter is reading out of specification, our technicians will adjust it where possible and re-test.
Carried out under the most stringent conditions, your humidity meter is placed in a humidity chamber where its accuracy is recorded at the designated calibration points. Due to UKAS requirements, your instruments accuracy will be recorded at each point, but no adjustments can be undertaken should it be out of specification.
Step 4: Producing your Humidity Meter Calibration Certificate
Your test data is detailed on a calibration certificates which includes testing conditions, equipment used, measurement errors and any measurements of uncertainty ensuring full traceability.
Step 5: Payment and Shipping
Our calibration team will contact you with an update about your instruments and request payment. Your items are then safely repackaged and shipped via express delivery that typically arrives the very next day.
