The AIR-90 simultaneously displays infrared and probe temperature readings. This unit offers non-contact measurement of surfaces with its built-in infrared sensor and core temperature measurement with its fold away penetration probe. The probe adjusts through 180° allowing the user to select the angle of measurement. Ideal for food preparation and food service applications.
